Shipments and returns
Any order, by telephone or online, represents a distance contract between the parties and implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions imposed by the supplier. The prices are accepted by mutual agreement and are valid on the date of placing the order or issuing the invoice.
SC Quicksmart declares on its own responsibility that the products comply with the technical specifications of the manufacturer for equipment in their class, as well as with the requirements / specifications of the client at the time of purchase.
The products in the Ambient Thermostats category require installation by qualified personnel, respectively a heating installer or an electrician.
For resealed products, the warranty is a maximum of 12 months from the receipt of the order and returns/withdrawals are not accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping your package
The transport is carried out with the fast courier company FanCourier or Sameday and is charged 25 lei in the courier's coverage area, without additional kilometers. Orders over 500 lei receive free shipping.
International deliveries, in European space, are made by DHL or Fedex. the transport fee is 15 Euro
The preparation period is a maximum of 1-3 working days (unless other periods are specified) and the courier/delivery period for online orders is 7-10 days, but it can be influenced by legal holidays, weather conditions, the period holidays.
Delivery with the option OPEN PARCEL ON DELIVERY is possible only for orders paid by bank card, payment order or in advance.
If you received an order with the option OPEN PACKAGE ON DELIVERY and you do not accept the order, return the package, the payment for both transports, round trip, is borne by you (the customer).
Requests of the "Price offer" type are valid 5 days from the moment of their transmission.
Returning your package/Withdrawal from the order
The right to withdraw/return the products belongs exclusively to natural person customers.
Remote orders, online or by phone, can be returned within the legal term of 14 days from receipt, without a specific reason, but the products must be without signs of wear.
For orders delivered in European countries, the return term is 30 days from receipt.

If the products do not conform, depending on their condition, the return may be refused or a wear and tear fee of up to 40% of the value of the goods is applied.
We ask clients to be notified/contacted, according to the laws in force, on a durable medium, i.e. post or email, as well as by completingfrom the website, within 14 days of receiving the order before making a return.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product in the same condition in which it was received, without the product having visible signs of wear.
The customer pays for the return package.
Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories are not accepted.
Failure to comply with these conditions leads to the rejection of the return request by SC Quicksmart SRL
